This unique facility is based in Dubai and offers full repair services, using highly trained and knowledgeable professionals.

EMS will continue to offer its existing warranty program for BlackBerry smartphone users in the region, with the new facility set to significantly improve the repair turnaround time, improving efficiency while adhering to the highest standards of repair quality. The Certified Repair Centre will also enable EMS's carrier and retail partners to offer improved the customer experience.
