stc Bahrain, a digital enabler, has launched its Summer Workshops series, designed to empower the local community with a unique opportunity to expand their horizons, explore cutting-edge industries, and acquire critical future-ready skills.
The launch of these workshops aligns with stc Bahrain’s commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR) and community development. By bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, stc Bahrain seeks to encourage continuous learning and equip citizens and residents of the Kingdom with the digital, analytical, and professional tools required to thrive in a rapidly evolving global economy. This year's program proudly builds upon stc Bahrain's established track record, representing a continuation of the highly successful summer workshop series that the company has actively organized and hosted over the past few years.
Delivered through a unique collaborative format, the workshops are led by a diverse roster of facilitators, including stc Bahrain’s own highly skilled internal employees, local influencers, and external industry experts. The sessions take place twice a week, while admission is completely free, pre-registration is highly encouraged as seats are limited to ensure an interactive learning experience.
Commenting on the launch, Sh. Zeyad Bin Faisal Al Khalifa, Chief Government Affairs Officer at stc Bahrain said, "We believe that empowering our community with forward-looking knowledge is the foundation for enabling a progressive and innovative future for the Kingdom. The summer workshops, which started in july and will continue until end of August, are carefully curated to balance critical technical skills, business development, and creative expression. The technical sessions cover essential modern digital structures, such as AI & Data Foundations, and Cloud & Web Technologies. Professional growth sessions will focus on career readiness, brand design, and digital productivity, while creative outlets like hand crafts offer hands-on, art experiences.
