The FIA and Telenet have extended Formula 1 rights for three more seasons. This means that Play Sports subscribers will have a front-row seat at all Formula 1 races until 2027. Every qualification, sprint race, and Grand Prix can be watched live and exclusively on Play Sports. The new Formula 1 season starts today and promises to be historic. The premier class of motorsport celebrates its 75th anniversary this year and will be racing with the current generation of cars for the last time.
Commentary will be provided by Kris Wauters and Gert Vermersch, while Dennis Xhaët, Sam Dejonghe, Stijn De Weert, and Marc Goossens will offer expert analysis from the new Play Sports studio. Fans can also expect exclusive insider information and interviews from the paddock. Beyond Formula 1, Play Sports will also broadcast all Formula 2, Formula 3, and Porsche Mobil One Supercup races live and exclusively. To wrap up each Formula 1 weekend, Dennis, Sam, and their guests will break down all the action every Monday in the vodcast The Paddock, available on Play Sports, the Play Sports YouTube page, Play6, and podcast platforms.
