Robi Axiata PLC, one of the country's leading telecom service providers, has partnered with bKash to utilise its B2B cash collection solution, streamlining financial management at the field level while saving time and costs.
Under the agreement, more than 450 Robi distribution houses across Bangladesh are using bKash's solution to collect cash and provide electronic money (e-money) in return. This B2B service simplifies Robi's distribution-related financial transactions by making the process cashless, transparent, and secure.
Shihab Ahmad, chief commercial officer of Robi Axiata PLC, and Ali Ahmmed, chief commercial officer of bKash, signed the agreement in the capital recently in the presence of senior officials from both companies.
Many leading companies in the cement, beverage, lifestyle, pharmaceutical, and food industries are already using bKash's B2B cash collection solution to enhance financial management. This initiative strengthens the country's digital transaction ecosystem, promoting greater efficiency and transparency in the economy.
