Viegli has been named as a distributor for Mitel’s full UC portfolio. The new distribution agreement started this month and sees Viegli distributing Mitel’s full range of UC solutions.
Mitel’s UC solutions are designed to provide flexibility of deployment model, offering customers private cloud, public cloud, and on-premise options. Key solutions include MiCollab, Unify OpenScape UC and Unify Phone.
Robert Nunn, managing director, Viegli, explained that adding Mitel’s full range of UC solutions to the company’s portfolio means that “all Mitel resellers can receive the same levels of service”.
He added, “We are also adding a number of AI products to our portfolio [to] enhance the sales opportunities. Our offering now includes device as a service, WhatsApp tool kits, talkative and transcription services to complement the PayGo and subscription models from Mitel.”
