CelcomDigi has enhanced its fiber broadband services to strengthen its position against competitors as demand for high-speed internet continues to grow in Malaysia.
In a statement, the company announced that its Home Fibre and 5G Home WiFi customers can now subscribe to its “fibre-to-the-room” service through the CelcomDigi Fibre 1Gbps plan. This offering includes free fibre installation in every room of a household, ensuring maximum internet speeds regardless of device location within the home.
CelcomDigi highlighted that more Malaysian households are adopting smart home products and bandwidth-intensive services like gaming and streaming. As part of the service, subscribers can also receive complimentary gaming cameras, gaming subscriptions from Microsoft, and a Samsung 4K television.
