United Nations Food and Agriculture (FAO) marked the official launch of the Digital Agriculture Consortium (DAC), a pivotal step in transforming Pakistan’s agriculture through digital means.
The event, part of the PDAC project “Technical Support for the Establishment of Pakistan Digital Agriculture Consortium,” was backed by the Food and Agriculture Organization and the Ministry of National Food Security and Research (MNFSR).
It brought together a wide range of participants, including digital agriculture companies, mechanization service providers, digital service providers, financial representatives, policymakers, and development partners.
Government bodies such as the Ministry of Information Technology & Telecommunication and Land Information & Management System also attended.
