Czech regulator CTU has published a call for tenders for provision of a partial service under the universal service obligation, namely for access for the disabled to a publicly available telephone service, the enquiry service and directory services. This is to be equivalent to the access available to other end-users, in particular through specially equipped telecommunications terminal equipment. Applications can be submitted until 29 December and the opening of envelopes is planned for 02 January 2018.
