ASX-listed telco Swoop has launched a new voice offering aimed at small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs).
The offering includes unlimited SIP trunks and unified communications voice services.
The launch follows Swoop's acquisition of Sydney-based a telecommunications wholesale voice service Seventeen Services.
“This acquisition is set to propel Swoop to new heights by enabling the launch of cutting-edge voice products, amplifying the company’s offerings, and cementing its position as a frontrunner in the rapidly evolving world of business communication,” Swoop’s founder and CEO Alex West said.
“The union of these two companies signifies the dawn of a thrilling journey, one that promises to reshape the way businesses communicate and interact in the digital age."
Swoop has also partnered with NBN Co to deliver Fibre to the Premise (FTTP) in more than 250,000 businesses.
This comes after the introduction of three scalable business NBN plans for SMEs, with a residential bundle incorporating a multi-technology mix, the Business Bundle using FTTP and the Enterprise Bundle using enterprise ethernet.
“As we continue to expand rapidly with the ambition of becoming Australia’s premier challenger in the telecommunications market, with these new voice and NBN bundles we are offering unique telco and internet bundles as a more cost effective alternative to traditional big telecommunication services,” Swoops head of voice James Dover said.
“We’re excited about this next chapter of our ongoing evolution as a core and essential provider to small and medium sized businesses throughout Australia.”
