Montenegrin operator Crnogorski Telekom (CT) has confirmed that the gradual shutdown of its 3G network, announced last October, will be completed over the next two weeks and the service officially shuttered on 22 January.
The operator noted the move will enable it to fully focus spectrum and resources on its 4G and 5G networks, which currently provide population coverage of more than 97% and 80%, respectively.
