Telekom Romania Mobile Communications has introduced VoLTE for its pre-paid subscriptions. The service, which post-paid customers were able to start using in August 2022, enables voice calls with HD sound clarity and almost instant call setup at no additional cost. In order to benefit from the service, pre-paid users must have a 4G SIM card, be in a 4G/5G coverage area and use a VoLTE-supported mobile phone with the latest version of the manufacturer’s software installed.
