Guyanese telco Guyana Telephone and Telegraph Company (GTT) has extended its fiber coverage to 150,000 homes and business, Demerara Waves writes. The operator announced that it has rolled out around 3,000 miles of fibre, connecting more than 75 communities across the country. GTT went on to claim that two thirds of homes and business now have access to its fibre service, and the company plans to increase that figure to 75% by the end of 2024.
