US streaming platform Roku and Spanish-language broadcast company TelevisaUnivision has struck a deal to add ViX’s premium tier to Roku’s lineup of premium subscriptions.
The language streaming service operated TelevisaUnivision launched last year in the US and Latin America. The premium tier features content originally produced in Spanish, across a variety of genres and formats including movies, series, novelas, reality, musical tentpoles, live news, and sports.
The premium tier is available to all Roku users in the US for $6.99 per month or $59.99 per year with a seven-day free trial.
ViX’s programming includes over 7,000 hours of live sports games such as Liga MX, UEFA Champions League, Europa League, CONCACAF Champions League, Liga Argentina, Brasilerao, and Liga Colombiana. Alongside, 20,000 hours of entertainment, including over 70 ViX Original series and films.
