TRA's telecom services comparator "Qaren" wins Gulf Customer Experience Award

Bahrain Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) announced that its advanced telecom service comparator platform, "Qaren", has won the Silver Award at the coveted Gulf Customer Experience Awards in the best use of technology and innovation category.

The award recognizes Qaren's outstanding contribution to the enhancement of customer experience through the innovative use of technology.

The award was presented to TRA at a ceremony in UAE "Dubai" attended by reputable organizations representing a range of industries across the Gulf.

Recently launched by the TRA, Qaren is an advanced digital platform driven by Artificial Intelligence that enables consumers to make choices that best suit their needs and preferences, whether it is for mobile plans, broadband plans, roaming add-ons, or even mobile devices.
