Belarus’ unified infrastructure operator Belarusian Cloud Technologies (beCloud) has revealed it has extended the coverage of its 4G LTE networks, switching on 41 new base stations in metropolitan Minsk and Vitebsk, Gomel, Grodno and Minsk regions using the 1800MHz and 800MHz bands, along with 51 new areas using 2600MHz frequencies.
Further, the company noted that it made LTE-800 services available for the first time in the Grodno region, deploying 16 base stations in areas including Bruzgi, Vertelishki, Gnevenshchina, Gozha, Karolino, Koptevka, Lutskovlyany, The Lakes, Skidel, Sopotskin, Obukhovo, Bogushovka, Zhukevichi and Zagorany.
