Together with our partner Avatel, we will promote the consumption of sports via streaming in the rural segment, which is an important step in DAZN’s growth strategy in Spain to become the preferred destination for all sports lovers”.
Hugo Campón, director of Avatel Televisión, added: “This agreement allows us to make a qualitative leap in our television offer, to consolidate ourselves as the leading operator in the small and medium-sized population segment. In this way, we reinforce our commitment to customers by bringing the main sports competitions closer to their homes through our own television platform, CLICtv, available to our extensive network of operators. In this way, we advance in the objective of expanding the content offer and adapting to the interests most demanded by users”.
