Es'hailSat showcases satellite, ground station services at IBC Exhibition

Qatar Satellite Company (Es'hailSat) will participate in the annual IBC exhibition that will be held in the Dutch city of Amsterdam, from 9 to 12 September. Es'hailSat will display in its pavilion the characteristics of its two satellites, Es'hail 1 and Es'hail 2, and a wide range of services provided by the two satellites via the modern ground station in Qatar. The two satellites currently provide high-definition broadcasting services and high-quality television content, through the distinctive orbit of 25.5/26 degrees east.

The company also displays the characteristics of the high-performance Eshail 2 satellite equipped with advanced anti-jamming technology, which broadcasts television content from the distinctive orbital position 26 degrees east. Also it enhances the company's ability to provide quality of service and broadcast high definition television content to the Mena region.
Es'hailSat ground station is equipped with the latest technology and offers its customers a wide range of independent and secure multicast and broadcast services. It also provides communications 8support services and control of lunar capacities, as well as provides backup studios for television channels, in addition to being a center for emergency broadcasting.
In this context, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Es'hailSat Ali Ahmed al-Kuwari said that they have been working extremely hard since the launch of Eshail-1 to expand their services beyond local market, now with the commercial operation of new state of the art teleport and the launch of Eshail-2 late last year. Al-Kuwari stated that the IBC gives them the right platform to engage with customers and partners and showcase capabilities and achievements. "We are pleased to be exhibiting once again at IBC as we see this exhibition as an important part in our strategy to attract international customers who value broadcasting independence and quality of service," he said.
