Regional operator M-net has revealed that its fiber-optic (FTTx) networks passed 832,000 households and businesses in Bavaria at the end of 2021, up from 790,000 a year earlier.
The company reported that it supplied around 507,000 customers with internet, telephony or TV services as of 31 December 2021, up from approximately 503,000 twelve months previously. The company, which is a subsidiary of Stadtwerke Munchen (SWM), posted revenue of EUR277 million (USD289 million) for the twelve months ended 31 December 2021, a rise of 0.7% from EUR272 million in 2020.
