MTN Ghana has selected Finland-based Tecnotree’s digital transformation stack for enterprise and consumer operations, enabling the operator to meet enterprise market demand and provide augmented customer experiences at a reduced cost. Tecnotree’s Digital Transformation Suite features a micro-services-based architecture with built-in features for price approvals and overriding, onboarding and monitoring of cash flow orders, providing customers with self-care features and enterprises with account management and onboarding monitoring.
