Cellular operator Digicel BVI has disclosed plans to launch fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) connectivity in parts of Tortola in May 2022, under the Digicel+ brand.
The new network is expected to go live in Huntum’s Ghut, Lower Estate, Horse Path, Long Bush, Blyden Yard and Georges Hollow. A 500Mbps/200Mbps (down/uplink) fibre package will be priced at USD209 per month.
