TOD is available in three different packages; “Entertainment”; “Sports”; and an “All In” package that contains both entertainment and sports. The company is currently offering a free seven day trial for the Entertainment package.
The streamer is available across the entire region, in countries including: Qatar, UAE, Kuwait, KSA, Bahrain, Oman, Egypt, Jordan, Iraq, Algeria, Sudan, South Sudan, Tunisia, Morocco, Lebanon, Palestine, Syria, Yemen, Chad, Mauritania, and Libya.
While the company is focusing on its entertainment content at launch, sports will be the key focus as the year goes on, with beIN holding the rights to FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. Other exclusive sports rights held by beIN and available on TOD include the UEFA Champions League, NBA, English Premier League, LaLiga and every Grand Slam tennis tournament, among many others.
The platform is available across web, Android, and iOS devices.
Commenting on the launch, a TOD Spokesperson said: “We are proud to bring TOD to audiences in the region, which opens up a whole new universe for entertainment and sports enthusiasts. With this innovative new subscription based streaming service, we hope to disrupt the market for the better and power a whole eco-system of regional content creation.
“There is nothing like TOD on the market – in terms of premium live and on demand content combined with premium technology – which makes us very excited”.
