Orange has announced the introduction of a new brand in the Moroccan market, offering a range of mobile plans with an unlimited allowance. Named Yoxo, the service combines a playful brand identity with Orange's 4G network. The Yoxo website currently features three price points, ranging from MAD 49 to MAD 199, described as limited promotions available until the end of February.
Including data, calls and texts, each of the three tariffs offers an uncapped allowance, namely unlimited texts with the entry-level tariff, unlimited calls/texts in the mid-tier plan, and unlimited data/calls/texts for customers choosing the top price point.
The operator said that the new service aims to offer a fully digital brand experience, with all interactions available through the Yoxo website and online client space. Subscribers will also benefit from chatbot assistance, powered by the machine learning capabilities of Djingo, as well as customer support via Whatsapp.
