LEAP held under the theme “One Eye on the Stars”, and considered the largest tech conference of its kind, brought together the global technology community to tackle the biggest socio-cultural challenges of the world.

This came in addition to discussing the role of technology in solving some of the most important challenges faced in today’s world. In this regard, the experts participating in the conference unanimously agreed that despite the range of challenges the world is facing today, such as poverty, diseases, environmental disasters, pollution, or scarcity, technology can be the key to resolving some of these issues.
The conference also touched on developing future cities that can promote the health and well-being of citizens, purify the air from pollution, as well as addressing other environmental concerns. Additionally, the thoughts of reimaging travel through faster transportation methods, managing food supplies, protecting bodily health from harmful chemicals and preservatives were also addressed. Experts also discussed how the human way of life can be developed to support innovations that can revolutionize the medical field, while transforming the way people live, work, play or even how they spend their leisure time.
