Telecom regulator -Bangladesh Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (BTRC) has signed an agreement with Genex Infosys Limited to modernize and run its helpline "100" alongside providing AI-powered Chatbot services for three years to address the complaints regarding telecommunication services in the country.
BTRC Chairman Shyam Sunder Sikder said the complaint management system of the regulator is a timely addition to address the problems of users in country’s telecommunications sector.
He hoped the newly appointed organization -Genex Infosys through modern services like Smart IVR, Chatbot, WhatsApp will make easier to submit complaints and suggestions as well as help all users of the country, according to a press release received today.
Genex Infosys Co-Founder and CEO Prince Mojumder termed BTRC's helpline is a great initiative to create a bridge between users and regulator for ensuring qualty of service.
He said Genex has been providing best in class customer experience services and digital transformation with emerging technologies, and it is looking forward to serve BTRC with more digital services in coming days.
Officials from BTRC and Genex Infosys were also present in the agreement signing event, added the release.
