To celebrate Bahrain’s National Day, Batelco announced a number of activities under the slogan “From Bahrain to Bahrain”. Top of the list is Batelco’s National Day Concert which took place at16 December at the BIC (Bahrain International Circuit), featuring Bahraini talents such as hip-hop star Flipperachi, Mohammed Rabeea, and Jaber Al Turki.
For the occasion, Batelco will release a song performed by Flipperachi, who will perform the new song during the concert. All proceeds from the event will go to the Royal Humanitarian Foundation.
Additionally, Batelco held a celebration for its team members at the company’s headquarters in Hamala, which included entertainment and a competition with the chance to win valuable prizes. Furthermore, the company handed out free tickets to all its team members to attend Batelco’s concert at the BIC.
Batelco announced that tickets will be sold at the BIC on the day of the concert. To avoid queuing, and to use the fast track, tickets are available on Batelco.com or Batelco’s mobile App, which can be downloaded by non-Batelco customers. Attendees must have the ticket QR code on hand at the gate to enter the concert. Tickets are also available at Batelco’s retail shops in City Centre Mall, Enma Mall, Seef Mall (Manama), Seef Mall (Muharraq), Isa Town Mall and Hamad Town shop.
A Batelco spokesperson said, “We extend our congratulations to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the King of the Kingdom of Bahrain, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, the government and the people of Bahrain on the occasion of Bahrain’s National Day.”
He added, “Batelco launched its National Day slogan “From Bahrain to Bahrain” in support of both Bahraini talents and Bahraini businesses which truly reflects our national identity, especially on such occasions. The slogan is reflected through the various activities led by Batelco such as the concert, the song and the employee celebrations, and also a video produced for the occasion.”
Batelco advises audience members to arrive early to avoid traffic and enjoy the fireworks before the show.
