Orange Jordan recently allocated 35 grants for its employees for the 6th consecutive year to offer more privileges by covering a part of the interest on their housing loans from a trade or Islamic local banks, as part of the company's keenness to commit to the agreement signed with the General Trade Union for Public Services.
Orange Jordan's Chief Legal, Regulatory, Sourcing, Supply Chain & Human Resources Officer, Dr. Ibrahim Harb, expressed the company's care for its employees as it seeks to create work stimulating environment through a wide range of benefits that include, comprehensive health coverage, the provident fund benefits such as providing housing loans, purchases, and personal loans, in addition to providing Umrah trip programs for employees and scholarships for their children.
It is worth mentioning that the 35 grants are subject to several criteria that comply with the housing grants conditions and instructions, while applications are subject to study and evaluation by a specialized committee formed for this purpose.
