Slovak fixed line telco SWAN says it is looking to add 60,000 new customers over the next three years to take its total user base to around 150,000.
The launch of a converged fixed-mobile solution is among its priorities, it says. The firm had fibre networks passing 160,467 households at the end of 2020, an increase of just 1,640 in twelve months, but a report from Zive.sk says SWAN is looking to expand its footprint both by new network rollouts and by acquiring smaller players in the market. Sister company SWAN Mobile, which trades as 4ka, had around 500,000 cellular subscribers at the end of March 2021.
