The Croatian regulator HAKOM has received a total of nine requests for participation in a public auction for 5G frequencies.
The bidding process for the frequencies – 700 MHz, 3600 MHz and 26 GHz – will begin on July 12.
According to HAKOM, all the necessary conditions for participation in the 700 MHz auction at a national level have been met by A1 Hrvatska, Hrvatski Telekom and Telemach Hrvatska. All three have also met the conditions for participation in the 3600 MHz auction at a national level.
Furthermore, A1 Hrvatska, Eolo, Hrvastki Telekom and Telemach Hrvatska have met the conditions for participating in the 26 GHz auction at a national, while BeeIN, Digicom, Eco Net, Eolo, Markoja and Terracom have met the conditions for participation in the 3600 at a regional (county) level.
