Moldova’s National Regulatory Agency for Electronic Communications and Information Technology (ANRCETI) has launched an auction for spectrum in the 450MHz, e900MHz and 2600MHz bands. The regulator is planning to auction one concession in the 450MHz band, one concession in the e900MHz band and three licences in the 2600MHz as follows:
• Licence A: 454.6MHz-457.1MHz/464.6MHz-467.1MHz, 2×1.25MHz (FDD)
• Licence B: 885MHz-890MHz/930MHz-935MHz, 2×5MHz (FDD)
• Licence C: 2500MHz-2520MHz/2620MHz-2640MHz, 2×20MHz (FDD)
• License D: 2560MHz-2570MHz/2680MHz-2690MHz, 2×10MHz (FDD)
• Licence E: 2575MHz-2615MHz, 1×40MHz (TDD/SDL)
Licence A will be valid until 28 June 2026, Licence B (8 November 2029) and Licences C, D and E (7 August 2027). Applications are invited until 1 June 2021, with tentative award dates of 28 June 2021 (Licence A) and 6 July 2021 (Licences B, C, D and E).
