Orange Jordan signed an agreement with ION, the largest network for charging electric vehicles, allowing its users to recharge their credit using Orange Money e-Wallet.
ION users can recharge their balance without extra fees for a limited period using Orange Money e-Wallet, while New ION users will receive JD 1 for free when using Orange Money.
Orange Jordan stressed on the importance of this partnership as it helps people driving electric vehicles, which contributes to encouraging the use of renewable energy and support preserving the environment.
Orange Money e-Wallet seeks to meet different requirements by expanding the range of the financial services it provides.
The company added that this partnership is an extension of the support provided by Orange Jordan to startups, especially in the early stages, as ION is one of the six companies that joined the eighth season of BIG by Orange program, which is currently continuing its activity.
Founder and Chief Operating Officer at ION, Eng. Ahmad Majali, said that: "This strategic partnership enables many ION customers to easily recharge their balance through Orange Money application. It also introduces e-wallet users of electric vehicles to the network of charging stations spread across the Kingdom."
Orange Money offers its users from all networks a wide range of easy and secure financial services, including sending and receiving local payments, paying bills , using the Visa card accompanying the wallet to shop locally, internationally or online, paying by QR code, buying electronic vouchers, withdrawing deposit funds from Orange shops, Partners or any ATM.
