London-based fiber broadband service provider Community Fibre is partnering with Netgem to launch a new TV service.
Community Fibre TV is priced at £10 per month, when purchased with any community fibre package on a 24 month contract.
135 TV channels are available, including 30 in HD, alongside streaming services and on demand content, delivered through Netgem’s 4K TV box.
The Community Fibre app connects unlimited phone and tablets over Wi-Fi to the Community Fibre TV account with no extra cost.
Graeme Oxby, CEO of Community Fibre says: “The launch of Community Fibre TV leverages the power of 100% full-fibre broadband to offer a whole new world of entertainment.
The Community Fibre network has been designed with high speeds, high reliability and multiple users in mind so we wanted to launch an affordable TV offering that can make full use of the home network.”
Customers who subscribe to Community Fibre TV will be able to watch over 30,000 hours of the best on-demand content across 135 of everyone’s favourite channels and 25 catch-up services (incl.
