The Bahraini National Pavilion will be presenting the country's unique and successful experience in tackling the obstacles imposed by the Covid-19 pandemic in the field of ICT at the Gitex Dubai 2020.
For the fourteenth year in a row, The Bahraini National Pavilion is being organized by The Bahrain Society for Technology Companies (BTech) and WorkSmart for Events Management.
A gathering of Bahraini technology companies will be taking part in the expo to explore growth opportunities for products and services provided in the post-Corona era, and starting new alliances and partnerships that meet the needs of the Bahraini market in the technical field.
BTech Chairman Ubaydli Ubaydli said the Bahraini participation reinforces the ICT sector’s keenness to fulfill its responsibilities towards restoring economic activity, especially as it's connected with many other fundamental sectors such as education, work, and others.
"Through this participation, we will showcase Bahrain's unique and successful experience to overcome the obstacles imposed by the Covid-19 pandemic in the field of ICT, which helped revive the markets in the Kingdom of Bahrain and considerably contribute to consolidating the efforts exerted to promote tourism and economic activities, he stated.
Ubaydli pointed out that this comes within Tamkeen’s realization of its strategy based on the objectives of Bahrain Economic Vision 2030 and its fundamental principles of sustainability, fairness, and competitiveness.
WorkSmart CEO Ahmed Al Hujairy said the organizers are keen to do their best to ensure that the participants gain the maximum benefit by obtaining a strategic location for the Pavilion at Gitex, which is witnessing intense global competition to reserve spaces in it.
This is in addition to providing all necessary logistical support to exhibitors, as Gitex witnesses the signing of partnerships and supply contracts worth millions of dollars in the ICT sector.
It is the only exhibition in the region that provides briefings and communication programs targeting senior executives and top management's employees and provides a unique opportunity to promote the brand image during the most prominent Tech Show in 2020, added Al Hujairy.
