Huawei and Henley Business School announce a joint collaboration to empower leadership talent and accelerate digital transformation

Huawei and Henley Business School announced a joint collaboration dedicated to developing and delivering an innovative digital leadership and talent development programme for global telecom operators and enterprises customers. The unique programme shares ICT insights, leading digital leadership practices, and cross-industry experience, with an objective of assisting current and future leaders from telecoms and enterprise to formulate their roadmap of digital transformation, encompassing strategy, business, organisation and culture.

This collaboration brings together two complementary perspectives. The renowned Henley Business School will bring their leadership and management development visions and insight to digital transformation. In addition, Huawei will bring its unique global and cross-cultural industry experience of digital transformation from partnering with leading global ICT solution providers spanning over 170 countries.

Professor John Board, Dean of Henley Business School, said, “Henley and Huawei have been working closely together over the last five years and we are pleased to collaborate with them on these digital and technical programmes which we think will transform and make a difference to the world in which we all work.”

Peter Wang, President of Huawei Training Academy, said, “In order to enable global telecom operators and enterprises to remain competitive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, they need to stay informed by enhancing their understanding and knowledge of the digital future. The programme includes a bespoke digital leadership curriculum and incorporates insights gained from projects around the world addressing the ICT industry’s digital transformation challenges.
