Kyrgyzstan mobile operator Megacom expanded the coverage of its GSM, 3G and LTE networks across the country in June. LTE network has been upgraded in the cities and towns of Bishkek, Balykchy, Kant, Karakol, Kara-Suu, Nookat, Osh, Talas, Tokmok and Cholpon-Ata, as well as in numerous villages in the Talas, Osh, Issyk-Kul and Chuy regions.
The 3G network has been expanded in Bishkek, Batken, Kara-Suu, Osh and Talas, as well as in a dozen of villages in the Batken, Osh, Talas and Chuy regions.
LTE and 3G services have become available in some villages where the services have been absent in.
