As part of its engaging activities with its employees during the holy month of Ramadan, Batelco launched an exclusive virtual live competition under the name of ‘Yamatna Ghair’, which means ‘Our gathering is different”, a virtual competition that is broadcasted live every Wednesday throughout the month of Ramadan on the Company’s internal Instagram channel. The launch of this programme aims at sharing the atmosphere of the holy month of Ramadan with the employees and to interact directly with them, especially in these current circumstances where a large percentage of employees are working from home, and to add an atmosphere of enthusiasm and excitement, in addition to giving them the opportunity to win valuable cash prizes.
This programme has been planned and implemented using the internal talents of employees, as a dedicated team from Batelco prepared, filmed, presented and broadcasted the episode. The first episode of the program witnessed a great interaction from employees and a high viewership on the Company’s Instagram channel.
Commenting on this Programme, Batelco’s Chief Human Resources Officer Faisal AlJalahma said: “We are delighted to launch this exclusive program for our employees, which comes under the umbrella of our continuous communication efforts with them, especially in light of these current circumstances.
