Ukrainian mobile operator Kyivstar said it plans to stay deploying its LTE network in the 900 MHz band on 05 April. Certain base stations, mainly in rural areas or alongside to motorways, will be disconnected for a short while, and the workload of the rest base stations could increase. Short drops in service quality will be monitored.
Work will start on 5 April in the Volin, Zakarpatia, Ivano-Frankivsk and Lviv regions. On 30 April, work will begin in the Vinnitsia, Zhitomir, Rivne, Ternopil, Khmelnitskiy and Chernivtsi regions. On 31 May, work will start in the Kiev, Kirovograd, Odessa and Mikolayiv regions.
On 14 June, work will begin in the Poltava, Sumi, Chernigiv regions, followed by the Dnipro and Kherson regions on 21June, the Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhia regions on 5 July and the the Donetsk and Lugansk regions on 19 July.
