Vietnamese wireless operator MobiFone has announced that the coverage of its 4G network has been expanded to 95% of the country’s territory.
The state-owned company has also revealed that it has been trialling 5G technology in four major cities, namely Hanoi, Da Nang, Hai Phong and Ho Chi Minh City. MobiFone received a one-year 5G trial licence from the Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) in April this year.
