Media consultancy Alteox, enabler of a number of video-on-demand services throughout Europe, has announced the launch of a new streaming B2B solution.
The new Alteox.stream cloud-based white-label solution is aimed at IPTV and OTT operators and platforms that are looking to expand or launch VOD on their networks and offers access to a range of content from Hollywood Blockbusters, family shows, series and other content.
In all there will be over 25,000 titles available in multiple languages to suit all audiences. The service will be available to customers in a number of video-on-demand forms such as transactional (TVOD), subscription (SVOD) or as electronic sell through (EST).
Alteox Media Consulting says that the advantage for operators and providers from its service is that by connecting to the Alteox.stream platform, it can access a range of content without the need for multiple contract negotiations or multiple technical integrations. “Our team at Alteox does the content negotiations and aggregations directly with studios and content aggregators,” explained company Sven Breckler.
“Once the deals are made, we connect our cloud service to their services via interfaces or they deliver their files to our platform. And from our platform, multiple providers can access this content with ease.”
