Mobile operator Life: ) Belarus has expanded the coverage of its LTE network with 176 new base stations in 32 settlements across the country. The base stations are based in the Minsk, Grodno, Vitebsk, Gomel, Orsha, Polotsk, Novopolotsk, Soligorsk, Borisovo and other municipalities.
The locations of the new LTE base stations were chosen by network workload.
Earlier this June, Life:) Belarus launched LTE services in all the tunnels of the Minsk metro. Life:) Belarus provides LTE services using the infrastructure of the state-owned operator beCloud.
