Grameenphone has recently launched healthcare services in eight Grameenphone Centres in Dhaka and Chattogram.
The service outlets, named Tonic Booth, are available in six GPCs at Gulshan, Mirpur, Dhanmondi, Motijheel, Farmgate and the head office in Dhaka.
It is also available at GEC Crossing and at Agrabad outlet in Chattogram.
Grameenphone customers can visit any of these booths and can receive free check-ups of blood pressure, sugar level, pulse and weight.
They will also be able to buy a special internet pack 2GB+2GB (free) at only Tk 129 and receive free gifts upon tonic package subscriptions.
All customers visiting GP head office and Dhanmondi office will enjoy free health check-ups at Tonic Booths and get free doctor’s consultation on every Tuesday.
During the service launching event, GP CEO Michael Foley, said, ‘We believe that all the people of Bangladesh deserve health care services that will meet world class standard for clinical quality. Hence, we are pleased to bring these services to both our customers so that they can easily get check-ups at Tonic Booth for free.’
The launch event was attended by the management team from both Grameenphone and Telenor Health. GP deputy CEO Yasir Azman, circle business head Mohammad Mollah Nafiz Imtiaz, head of retail partnership Sayma Rahman, circle retail head Mohammed Shahnoor Rahman, and chief commercial officer of Telenor Health Andrew Smith, among others, were present.
