Ericsson has just presented a demonstration of the power of the 5G to Maroc Telecom, with the goal of achieving higher speeds of 25.8 Gbps.
It is in the headquarters of Maroc Telecom that Ericsson presented a live 5G demo to show the capabilities of next generation mobile technology.
The demonstration presented several cases of use of 5G as part of an end-to-end autonomous 5G system, including a prototype radio, baseband, and a prototype UE device for the 5G demonstration, offering high speeds reaching 25.8 Gbps speed, the fastest in Africa.
The 5G will offer high data rates and low latency, which will improve the user experience for customers. 5G is also one of the main drivers for new use cases in different sectors such as agriculture, education, robotics and vital machine-to-machine communications in the health sector.
