Smart Telecom is the third largest telecom operator in the country with around 20 lakh users (as per Mangsir 2075). Smart Telecom only has 2G and 4G services.
The major cities with the coverage of Smart telecom are: Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur, Kavre, Pokhara, Nepalgunj, Birgunj, Biratnagar and more.
Smart Telecom has done expansion of its services to more cities and areas. With the recent expansion, Smart Telecom’s 4G service has reached to 19 districts.
