Vodafone Turkey said about 90 young talents will join the company’s staff as part of its ‘Vodafone Discover Young talent program (Vodafone Discover Genc yetenek programi).’ That's more than double the number of young employees that started working for the operator in 2018 through the same programme. Launched in 2008, the programme so far led to the hiring of 350 people. Recruiting for this year’s edition takes place on career.net, vodafone.com.tr and LinkedIn until mid-Mach. A total of 80,000 people applied for Vodafone's 40 intern positions in 2018.
The programme aims to form specialists in digital transformation.
