Dutch budget mobile and triple-play service provider Youfone has introduced a range of home fibre broadband packages over the KPN network with access speeds of 50Mbps, 100Mbps, 200Mbps and 500Mbps. Services cost between EUR35-EUR51 (USD40-USD58) per month for standalone internet on a twelve-month contract (EUR1 monthly discount if signing for 24 months). Packages include free modem/Wi-Fi router, while TV and/or fixed calling can be bundled in. Previously, Youfone’s fixed internet range was limited to KPN’s xDSL access network.
TeleGeography notes that Youfone is an independent MVNO launched in December 2008, operating over the KPNnetwork, providing SIM-only budget mobile services for consumer and B2B customers. Youfone has offered fixed internet since its takeover of multi-play service provider Mobicross in 2017, whilst it launched ‘YoufoneTV’ pay-TV services in October that year.
