Russian national operator Rostelecom has expanded the coverage of its GPON network in thje Lipetsk region. About 5,000 households have been covered with the network in the city of Yelets. Broadband, IPTV, Smart House and other digital services have become available.
The national operator has also expanded the coverage of its FTTB network in the Kostroma region. Around 360 households have been covered in the neighbourhood of Kalinka in the town of Galich.
