``Investments operations sector” with the engagement of Synergy General Department held the 4th Synergy Council in STC Academy in Riyadh chaired by STC GCEO Eng. Naser Al Naser and all Executives from STC Group Affiliates and subsidiaries (STC KSA, VIVA BH, VIVA KWT, Intigral, STC Channels, STC Solutions, STC Pay, STC Specialized, CCC, Aqalat).
STC GCEO Eng. Naser Al Naser kicked off the session by giving the main strategic directions of STC Group and the vision of how Synergy between all STC Group subsidiaries and affiliates is supporting the growth and how it enhances our capabilities to generate more values.
The VP of Investment Operations Eng. Moaeed Al Yami shared the major millstones and achievements at the Group level, the enhancement of the Synergy governance model and platform of Synergy council by putting ONE STC as the main driver as well as the main expected challenges for the next year.
Participants went through the full Synergy program and projects covering all strategic areas: Technology, Procurement, Commercial, Group HR and Group Corporate Communication presented by the heads of respective steering committees and their representatives.
Attendees discussed synergy achievements, lesson learned, next steps and agreed on the critical and strategic directions the Group will take going forward.
