Kamran Ahsan, Senior Director, Security Solutions at Etisalat Digital, presented his views on ‘Digital Resilience – a Yardstick for today’s Security Posture’. His session addressed how digital resilience is perceived and addressed by a telco to its government, enterprises and small and medium business (SMB) customers.

Also present at the event was Sudhir Menon, Director, Solutions Marketing-Security Solutions at Etisalat Digital, who hosted and moderated an exclusive round table on the topic: ‘Demystifying Digital Risk Protection’.
Security and risk professionals face an arduous task to safeguard organization’s ever-growing digital footprints. With digital security threats leading to significant economic and social consequences, adoption of Digital Risk Protection (DRP) is ever increasing. DRP consumers cut across multiple stakeholders in an organization via information security, marketing and branding, legal, operations, HR and risk management teams.
During this roundtable, leading security practitioners demystified the complex needs that stakeholders seek from DRP services. It concluded with remediation options available to minimize organization’s mean-time-to-remediate (mTTR) needs.
The two-day Gartner summit provided the latest information on new threats and emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, analytics, and blockchain – while helping address the ongoing shortage of skilled staff.
