Russianfixed operator Aliance Telecom, working in the Primorye region, has launched its new IPTV service 'Watch Everywhere'.
The wireless TV service enables customers to watch 242 TV channels, including 71 in HD, for RUB 790 per month. VAS options typical to IPTV services are also available, such as pause/rewind and a 7-day catch-up archive.
