Bakcell, Azerbaijan’s second largest cellco by subscribers, has extended its 4G LTE footprint to central parts of more than 30 regions. The company has installed nearly 400 base transceiver stations (BTS) during the first half of 2018, with more than 300 BTS supporting 4G services.
