MTS Belarus’ 4G expansion takes in another 28 settlements

Belarusian mobile network operator (MNO) MTS Belarus, working in partnership with the country’s sole 4G infrastructure provider, Belarusian Cloud Technologies (beCloud), has announced that its aggressive rollout of 4G services continues apace, with the launch of LTE in another 28 areas of the Republic.

The latest expansion – which follows the recent switch-on of 4G in Novogrudok, Voronovo, Ivye, Oshmyany, Svislochi and Dyatlova (May 2018), and the cities of Logoysk, Volozhin, Krupki, Myadel, Luban and Staryya Darohi in the Minsk region (April 2018) – means that MTS Belarus now offers 4G to its customers in more than 130 towns/cities, including all regional centres of the Republic. The latest commercial launches encompass: Priluki, Ozertso, Krupitsa (Minsk region); Bykhov, Glusk, Kirovsk, Klimovichi, Klichev, Kostyukovichi, Mstislavl, Chausy, Cherikov, Khotimsk, Krasnopolye (Mogilev region); Vetka, Yelsk, Zhlobin, Korma, Lelchitsy, Loev, Narovlya, Oktyabrsky, Rechitsa, Rogachev, Svetlogorsk, Solonoye, Khoiniki (Gomel oblast); and Gantsevichi (Brest region).
